N35 magnets are strong neodymium magnets with excellent cost performance. They are widely used neodymium magnets for 3C products, magnetic holding, magnetic separation.
Most of N35 magnets are round, block and ring shaped, some of them have countersunk holes for mounting. Besides, other irregular shaped magnets can be customized as per personalized requirements as well.
N35 magnets maximum working temperature is 80 degrees Celsius or 176 degrees Fahrenheit. However, their long term operating temperature is recommended not to exceed 60-70 degrees Celsius. For different higher temperature applications, N35H magnets, N35SH magnets, N35UH magnets and other high temperature magnets are available.
N35 Magnets Magnetic Properties
N35 magnets mean neodymium magnets with typical maximum energy product of 35MGOe, they are much stronger than ceramic magnets and samarium cobalt magnets.
Table 1. N35 Magnets Magnetic Properties at Room Temperature (20 °C)
Material Characteristics | CGS Unit | SI Unit |
Maximum Energy Product (BH)max | 33-36 MGOe | 263-286 kJ/m^3 |
Remanence Br | 11.7-12.2 kGs | 1.17-1.22 T |
Coercivity Hcb | ≥10.8 kOe | ≥859 kA/m |
Intrinsic Coercivity Hcj | ≥12 kOe | ≥955 kA/m |
It should be emphasized, N35 grade is only a neodymium magnet material performance classification, not a quality classification. Engineers achieve the N35 grade performance through corresponding formulations and processes. This is like, some customers use 10M broadband service, and some customers use 100M broadband service. Both 10M and 100M broadband services have no quality problems themselves, customers just choose the appropriate service according to their actual needs and costs.
